Here we go again

So, I've gained the 9 lbs. that I lost last month. I'm up to 186.5. My eating is out of control and I'm addicted to sugar and carbs. Why do I do this to myself? Why do I self medicate with food? Why do I use food to calm me down? Who knows.

I've committed to walking at least 1 mile a day 5 days a week. I've committed to NOT eat at night. I figure if I do just those 2 things my health has to get better, right? I have to lose at least a little bit of weight, right?

Here are my stats for the day so far....

  • weight - 186.5
  • exercise - brisk walk 1 mile
  • breakfast - fiber one cereal, 1/2 cup o.j.
