I've committed to walking at least 1 mile a day 5 days a week. I've committed to NOT eat at night. I figure if I do just those 2 things my health has to get better, right? I have to lose at least a little bit of weight, right?
Here are my stats for the day so far....
- weight - 186.5
- exercise - brisk walk 1 mile
- breakfast - fiber one cereal, 1/2 cup o.j.
